This home is absolutely stunning! Neil was a fantastic host - very quick and helpful responses. Everything about the home is top notch - from the decor, to the linens and furniture. Loved how walkable the home is to the Homestead. I stayed here when the hotel was full for a work conference. I was able to bring my family and I think the stay was actually more pleasant in Neil's home than if I had been actually at the resort. I hope to return next summer at the same time!

The house is beautiful and exactly what we needed! We were attending a wedding at the resort and this house was a perfect location-close enough to walk if we wanted. We had plenty of space for everyone including the kids!

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it could not have been more perfect. Walking distance from the little town and from the Homestead. Super clean and comfortable. Adorable historical house with so much character. We loved our stay!

We had such a great stay here and will definitely come back again. The house is very conveniently located to the Homestead and in a quiet neighborhood. The house has been tastefully updated and is very clean/organized. All of the furniture/linens/products are comfortable and upscale. We traveled with two children under 5 and appreciated all the toys tucked away for our daughters to play with. Big thank you for making our vacation memorable!

Neil’s place was perfect for our stay in Hot Springs. It is walkable to The Homestead and to the small strip of restaurants. The house was in great condition and we would gladly stay again.

This house was a dream vacation spot. The location allowed for lovely walks in the cutest neighborhood and easy access to the Homestead Inn. The house had the coziest vibe; loved all the living spaces downstairs. My favorite space was the backyard area which was perfect for end of day drinks. We enjoyed a long girls weekend but I could easily see my family of 4 enjoying this house with lots of space for the kids to play. My boys would love the bunk room and the TV room with the large U shape couch. Will 100% be back for another stay.

This is a beautiful home, perfectly decorated, outfitted with everything you need and impeccably clean. We stayed for a last minute get away and we were so impressed with this gem. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive. The home is within walking distance to the resort and other convenient restaurants. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful home! We loved how this house had everything we needed and then some. Close and easy access to the nearby resort, playground, and shops. We loved the comfort of the beds and TV room couch. Gorgeous and functional kitchen, my kids enjoyed being able to bake cookies on vacation. We hope to return and stay again in the future!
